There is also a 2 car garage - but you will only be able to park one car in the garage. Two cars can be parked in the driveway. Additional cars can not be parked on the street but can be parked in an overflow parking lot approximately 1.5 blocks from the house.
Bishops Landing community is a dog friendly community (dogs must always be leashed) has a jogging path around the community, a path through the small "wetlands", as well as common areas with sand volleyball (not yet complete), horse shoes and other activities. Please note that all furmishings are brand new and we are looking for responsible renters only who will respect our neighbors, home and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
