You dont' need to get in your car to get to the supermarket, gourmet restaurant, a Greene Turtle sports bar, 2 pharmacies,2 hairdressers,a fitness center, sandwich shop and even a dance studio. All are right in the compound a short walk from your front door . In the summer just bring a beach chair to the village green for an outdoor movie or concert at the gazebo. The pools have lifeguards of course and adult swimming lanes as well as a kiddie pool. It's all 1/2 block from the house so older kids can safely go off on their own.
The corner location looking out on the fountain and pond make this house so much more quiet and peaceful than those surrounded by other houses.The house's best features are it's large gathering spaces. Yet the three story layout allows for maximum privacy. Even the family room has doors to keep the TV from interrupting a midday nap. The attractively furnished first floor living/ dining area has s separate bar area and looks out on the pond and fountain, and is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen occupies the whole width of the first floor. And is smartly placed in the rear instead of the entrance as in smaller models as in smaller models. With its large island and table for eight it's the scene of many memorable meals- home cooked or not (Mr P's or Grotto's pizza or Kick'n chicken or a sandwich and salad from Arenas restaurant are our favorite take outs)
On the second floor is the spacious family room with 55inch flat screen SmartTV. There are two comfortable couches, and a huge reading chair to watch TV with excellent cable and Netflix or play board games . In the front, the second floor has two bedrooms, each with two twin beds which can be made up together to make a very comfortable king size bed; whichever works for you. There is also a large bathroom with double vanities as well as a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The third floor has the luxurious master suite with its own flat screen TV in the sitting area The hall has two walk in closets and a bath with separated shower and bath as well as double vanities and even a small refrigerator. This floor also has it's own air conditioning system. Separated by a large landing is the fourth bedroom which again has twin beds for maximum flexibility. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has cable TV.
