This lovely condo sits right on the beach. You can enjoy the sunrise while having coffee on the private deck. If you don't want to go outside simply open the blinds and enjoy the view from the living area. No matter what the weather, the ocean comes to you. Minimum age to rent is 27.
It is a great escape for the off season months since it is next to Rehoboth beach. Most of the restaurants in Rehoboth are open year round as well as the hundreds of shopping outlets on Route 1 for those that enjoy shopping.
Pets permitted off season only with written approval and fee. Only registered pet may be in unit. Unregistered pets will be removed .
Pets Not Permitted Mid June , July and August .
Pet policy is strictly enforced and in lease.
*Cancellation Policy- 120 days prior to check in. If cancellation is less than 120 days we will try to re rent. If we are able to we will refund all but a 300.00 fee. We urge guests to get cancellation insurance.
