The master bedroom, with it's own deck, has an incredible view of
the ocean. (The first photo was taken from this deck) Two
bedrooms share a bath on the first level. One bedroom has a queen
size bed and a TV and DVD player hooked to cable. The other lower-level bedroom has
a full-size bed with twin bunk over top and a TV hooked to cable with a DVD player. The 2nd level features the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The
living room has a 32' TV with cable and DVD. There are about 250
DVDs and a movie review book for rainy days.
For those that need to get a little work done, wireless hi-speed
internet is available. Furniture is constantly updated and the house is well cared-for. Two bedrooms, each with it's own bath are on the top level. The master features a
king-size bed and 32' TV hooked to cable with a DVD player. The second
upstairs bedroom has its own bath, two twin beds and a TV hooked to cable. There
are five decks, so it's easy to relax with a book. The beach is less
than 50 yards away. This is a
small, quiet community of 14 townhouses where you can enjoy quiet
time, or walk one block to the nightlife Dewey Beach offers.
January of 2013 updates include: new paint, two new heat pumps, new water heater, new range, new dishwasher, new carpeting in a first floor bedroom, cable added to all the bedrooms, and a lot more.
Trash and recycling are each collected twice a week so the common area stays clean.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday
