Leave your worries at home and just bring the necessities. This Dewey Getaway has everything you need for a relaxing, stress-free vacation. We even provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart. All just two blocks to the beach with a bay entrance a block away.
Parking for 3 cars, but once you park, you may not move your car until you leave! Everything Dewey has to offer is within walking distance - two blocks to the beautiful beach and just one block to Dewey restaurants, shops, and bars. Catch the Jolly Trolly to downtown Rehoboth for great shopping and more fabulous restaurants. A list of our favorites will be waiting for you!
Visit the beautiful, undeveloped Delaware Seashore State Park for fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing or just sitting in the sun. Play a few holes at one of the many close-by golf courses. Or spend a day hitting the tax-free shopping outlets that are just a 5-minute drive.

Location: Our Dewey Getaway vacation rental is just two blocks from beach (Dewey) and one block from Rehoboth bay on the north end of Dewey. Walk to everything.
AMENITIES
Our Dewey Getaway vacation home offers 3 bedrooms including a large master with en-suite bath and a walk-in closet that has to be seen. Bring the whole family - house sleeps 9 comfortably. BR1 has king bed, BR2 has 1 full + 1 twin bed; BR3 has 2 twins + 1 full bed.
All new living room furniture seats 8 very comfortably (you'll love our extra-long sofa and swivel glider chairs!). Indoor dining for up to 12 people and outdoor dining space for 10-12 with infrared grill. With 2.5 bathrooms, there won't be a long wait in the morning or when getting ready for a night out. Other amenities include 3 parking spaces (2 assigned, off-street parking spaces and 1 Dewey on-street parking permit), cable TV (incl HBO), DVD and high-speed Wi-fi internet, new full-size washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen features brand new dishwasher and new microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and blender. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a rolling beach cart for your gear? We provide it all. Just coming off the beach? Hop in the enclosed outdoor shower to cool off and wash the sand away. And use the conveniently located hose to rinse the salt and sand out of your dog's fur.

We're continually making updates to our Dewey Getaway home to make it even more comfortable and enjoyable. A few things we've done recently: all new living room furniture (2018), new 50" 4K smart TV w HBO (2018), fireplace makeover (2018), interior freshly painted (2017), updated kitchen (2017), renovated powder room (2017), renovated master bath (2016), Infrared grill (2016), hot water heater (2016), mattresses (2015), HVAC (2015), washer, dryer + dishwasher (2015). Carpets and upholstery are steam cleaned 2+x / year.
DOGS
Up to two well-behaved, non-marking dogs are welcome as long as they are 1) not destructive or excessive droolers (you know if your dog is one!), 2) up to date on flea & tick treatment, and 3) their humans agree to crate them when left unattended. We even provide one crate that fits our 60 lb. lab mix. This grassy property is a rarity in Dewey and a doggy delight. We also provide clean stainless steel bowls! Sorry, no cats or other pets.
DEWEY IS THE MOST DOG FRIENDLY BEACH AROUND - Dewey allows dogs on the beach anytime between Sept 15-May 15 and before 9:30a and after 5:30 p from May 15 - Sept 15. And with bay access just around the corner what dog wouldn't be happy? We provide a list of dog friendly restaurants, our favorite spots for sun & fun with fido and pet shops, veterinarians, etc.
