Walk out your door and onto the beach. This fabulous home has views from almost every window. The open living/dining and kitchen area w/ hardwood floors is on the second floor and offer commanding views of the ocean. There is a huge second story ocean front deck adorn with bar height cocktail tables, lounge chairs, dining area and gas BBQ grill. Enjoy morning coffee, mid-day sunning and evening cocktails while taking in all the sights of the beach – you an even see the dolphins playing from the deck. There is a wood burning fireplace in living room for cooler evenings. Two bedrooms occupy the second floor; (main living level) one king with private bath and views of ocean and one with 2/twins. w/view of ocean. Additional full bath with shower on main level (2nd level) outside twin room.
The first floor has a large open foyer w/hardwood floors that leads to another large ocean front deck/porch area complete with patio furniture for lounging or evening cocktail or lazy afternoons. The views of the ocean are equally spectacular from this deck/porch. There are four additional bedrooms on this floor with two full baths (2 queen bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds). Each queen shares a jack/jill bath with 1 room w/2 twins, great for families!
There is a large in-ground shared pool. about 40 steps from back of house. The house has 2 zone central air, w/d, dw, micro, fully stocked kitchen and off street parking for 2-4 cars depending on size You have privileges at large in ground pool behind home which is part of Oceanfront Villa Complex.
This house is pet friendly--Pet fee applies. $250/week for one dog; $350/week for two dogs. Pet fees are prorated for shorter stays.
PLEASE NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED DURING SUMMER SEASON ONLY. Tenants booking from October to May (before Memorial Day) will provide their own sheets and towels.

Off season occupancy--October 1-May 20: Rates are based on occupancy of 8 people. There will be additional charges for occupancy over 8 during the off season--please ask for adjusted quote.
