4th FLOOR PENTHOUSE This fabulous 3 bedroom 3 bath condo located in the Hyatt Residences. The premier building in Dewey Beach. Only a block away from the ocean and located on the bay with a wonderful sandy beach. There is high speed Wi-Fi and HD TVS in all three bedrooms plus the living room. The owners suite has a king bed and upscale private bath. There is a Queen bedroom with a private bath and lastly a bunk bed room with 2 bunk beds and 1 single, which also has access to a separate full bathroom. Plenty of room for all the kids and their friends. Lots of room for outside dining on the roof top deck that over looks the pool and bay. There is a beautiful kitchen, that is fully equipped to enjoy your meals at home. There is a laundry room within the condo. There is a large open living area, with a pull out sofa. The unit accesses the forth floor veranda directly outside your patio doors.
The Hyatt Residences provides many amenities not found anywhere else in Dewey.
There is an indoor salt pool. There is an outdoor heated pool overlooking the Rehoboth Bay. In the summer of 2021 there will be four propane grills. There will also be 4 firepits. 2 firepits on the 4th floor veranda and 2 firepits on the second floor. There is a fitness room for your use. (currently closed due to covid. Feb 2021). Relax and enjoy the sunset on the Rehoboth Bay beach just steps outside your door. The residences is located a little more than a block to the ocean. Starbucks is on site, and there is a restaurant in the building for you to order room service.
Additional rules
There is a $250 pet fee per week. I will discount that if you are only staying for a couple days.
The entire Hyatt complex is no smoking. Including the pool and parking garage.
I do not allow Saturday check in or outs in prime season.
There is a 4 night minimum for weekday rentals in prime season.(Sunday thru Thursday night)
Linens are not provided. They will be available for a small fee. Inquiry about the cost if you are interested
