Enter through a the comfy front screened porch where u can enjoy morning coffees listening while enjoying the ocean breeze and sound of the waves crashing on the shore and at 5pm, its vacation happy hour! Sea Gem has a nice sized, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking and there is a gas grill on the oceanside of the building for use by all the building guests.
The living/dining combination is open and airy with double slider that opens from the living room to the screened porch if you want to bring the breeze inside. New furnishings and delightful decor will not disappoint. The three bedrooms are located on the southwest side of the unit down the hallway. All have new furniture and brand new (very comfy) high end beds. There are two queen bedrooms, (one with a small private full bath with shower) and one bedroom with a double and a twin. There is an additional full bath in hallway and a hot / cold outdoor shower outside back door for getting sand off your feet.
You have two assigned parking spaces. Washer/dryer/microwave/window AC units.
We have discounted the rent from a market rate of 3200 due to the fact that we have just listed the property and are late to market. We know you will enjoy our newest addition to our beach house collection.
