Settled among the trees in the community of Bethany West, you feel like you're in the mountains but are only a short 1 mile walk or bike ride to the beach. Beautiful any time of the year to enjoy the wonders of the beach. Enjoy the open living area with 2 bedrooms and a bath on either side. The large front deck is a great place for gathering whether around the high top table or enjoying conversations or reading on the Adirondack chairs. The sun room off the kitchen is a wonderful place to relax or enjoy your favorite TV show. Bethany West includes 2 pools which are available to our guests for $20/person/week.

Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. We request that you strictly comply with these times so that we have sufficient time to prepare the house for the next guests during the Summer season.
The house is non-smoking. Please comply with this rule as a recent guest damaged our cork floor. Smoking is permitted outside.
A parking permit for the Town of Bethany is available during your stay from Crowley Real Estate at 1000 N Pennsylvania Avenue. We require a $50 deposit which will be returned when you return the permit. They are difficult to come by if lost.
The price does not include linens or towels.
