All new furniture is new deliverd in January 2016 for the living room, dining room and bedrooms! This condo will be a beautiful remodel and enjoyed for the first time 2017 season.
The decor is a beautiful rustic beach in every way!
Fourth floor, newly renovated beachfront condo with a balcony and
breathtaking view of the ocean. It overlooks the main pool and kiddy
pool. You can either take one of two elevators one floor down or
three short flight of steps and walk right onto the pool area AND THEN
ANOTHER SHORT 20 STEPS ONTO THE BEACH AND OCEAN.
The master bedroom has a KING bed and remodeled master-bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress and shares a bath with the third bedroom, which has a pull-out trundle(two singles). There is also two roll-out cots available, upon request.
The newly remodeled kitchen boasts granite counters and top-quality
appliances. The bathrooms have lovely new tile,
tub and fixtures in the master and a remodeled tile shower in the second bath.
The decor is a rustic beach setting, which is different and charming.
A fee of $70 for cleaning will NOT be charged for full weekly rentals.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must he in writing (email acceptable) and received by W. Madora 120 days prior to renting the property. A full refund will be issued. Cancellations less than 120 days prior to the rental date: Only if we are able to secure for that property a new agreement for the same time period and dollar amount will your monies be refunded (less 15% penalty of total rent
