This home is located in Bethany Meadows--a very nice community just up the road from the Sea Colony West resort–-but it is much less congested and offers privacy and respite from the summer crowds. And because it costs much less, this rental is a 'best value for the money'.
Pet friendly - I allow up to 2 small, NON-SHEDDING dogs that are 25 lbs or less and over two years old - sorry, no exceptions. There is an additional fee and it is strongly recommended to crate pets when left alone (in a strange place). Proof of shots and flea maintenance required.
A flat insurance fee of $59 is required and covers damages up to $1500.
Rentals are weekly, Sat to Sat. We cannot break up weeks.
